COORDINATION AND FIELD SERVICES DIVISION

The Coordination and Field Services division has the mandate of coordinating all SNBS meetings, statistical activities and events by working closely with relevant sectoral technical teams, engaging key stakeholders, and overseeing communications to ensure seamless execution. In addition, it manages end-to-end logistics and facilitates the flow of information between different stakeholders, ensuring all parties are kept informed and involved throughout the process.

Strategic Objectives

  • Strengthen Inter-Agency Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: Enhance collaboration and communication between SNBS, FMS, government ministries, UN agencies, and development partners by effectively coordinating meetings, statistical events, and technical working groups to support a cohesive and integrated national statistical system.
  • Ensure Efficient Planning and Execution of Statistical Activities and Events: Establish standardized procedures and logistical support systems to ensure the timely and seamless organization of SNBS’s statistical activities, including surveys, workshops, and forums, thereby improving operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Improve Internal and External Communication for Enhanced Information Flow: Develop and maintain robust communication channels to facilitate timely information sharing within SNBS and with external partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed, aligned, and actively engaged in SNBS’s statistical initiatives.
